2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, luxuriously furnished, fully fitted kitchen, satellite TV, everything you could need for a relaxing holiday self catering or eating out in Puerto de la Duquesa, the best kept secret of the Costa del Sol.

There are 4 pools, a gym and sauna set in fabulous tropical gardens. There are no roads to cross, the sandy blue flag beach is right outside. Watersports in the summer.


Activities: The Costa del Golf boasts more than 30 golf courses within 30 minutes drive. Duquesa golf course is only 400m away. There are many great day trips you can do from Duquesa, Seville, Granada, Ronda, Marbella, Tangier and the Andalucian white villages to name but a few. The choice is endless. You could stay on the beach which stretches all the way to Estepona on one side or winds around the coast to Sotogrande on the other.


	Rates 2005 Low Season (November to March) 395 Euro/275 per week Mid Season (April to June, September and October) 500 Euro/350 per week High Season (July and August) 750 Euro/520 per week July Offer only 475 per week.
