The
Gate House has been recently converted to provide comfortable self catering
accommodation in a lovely rural location. It is built within the
grounds of Finca la Paz (The Farmhouse of Peace) in rural Andalucia and
enjoys a peaceful and relaxing position with spectacular views toward the
Sierra Nevada mountains.
The Finca is planted with a wide variety of fruit trees such as oranges, lemons, pomegranates, grapes, figs, almonds etc., all of which flourish in this fertile area. It is an ideal retreat for the independent traveller who wants to get away from the 'bustle' of modern life. |

| The
accommodation comprises one double bedroom with ceiling fan and full en-suite
bathroom, comfortable lounge with ceiling fan, dining area and fitted kitchen.
It is fully equipped for self catering and all electricity, gas, linen
& towels etc. are included in the rental.(not beach/pool towels).
There is off road parking in front of the Casita and a sunny private patio
with garden furniture, sun loungers & BBQ. The new 10m x 4m swimming
pool is set in the gardens of the Finca and there is easy access via a
terracotta pathway. It is for the exclusive use of guests to the
Gate House and the owners of the property who use it infrequently.
Alhaurin el Grande is a typical Andalucian market town which retains much of its 'Spanish' identity. It is just a few minutes drive and you will find a wide selection of Banks, shops, supermarkets, bars & restaurants - many serving excellent local Tapas at very reasonable prices. |

Gate House provides a comfortable base from which to explore this fascinating
area of Southern Spain. There is much to see and, as well as relaxing
and taking things easy in the warm Andalucian sunshine.

Deposit : Deposit of GBP75.00/week payable on booking. Rental payable 8 weeks prior to arrival. Deposit Payment : Credit cards not accepted. Payments in GBP Sterling through our UK Bank by cash, cheque or electronic transfer. Payment also accepted in the same way in Euros. Cancellation : In the event of cancellation we will do everything possible to re-let the property. If successful, we will refund all monies paid less a small admin. fee. Payment will be forfeited if we are not successful in re-letting. Appropriate Holiday Insurance is inexpensive and recommended. Contact: Anne
