The Pool House is a charming and unique little 'Casita' built within the grounds of Finca la Paz (The Farmhouse of Peace) in rural Andalucia. There are spectacular views towards the Sierra Nevada mountains and the town of Alhaurin el Grande. From early Spring the heady scent of orange blossom is in the air and, later, when the fruit is ripe, guests are free to pick their own oranges and lemons etc. There are also figs, olives, grapes, pomegranates etc., all of which flourish in the fertile valley. The climate is superb with an average of 320 days sunshine a year. Long hot Summers and mild Winters make this the ideal retreat for independent travellers at any time of year. |

Casita has one bedroom with twin beds, shower/wc and a small, but comfortable
lounge with dining area and open plan kitchen. It is attractively
furnished and equipped for self catering. Outside are two terraces
with garden furniture and BBQ. The new Swimming Pool is for the exclusive
use of guests and is right in front of the Casita. It provides a
welcome 'cool off' during the long hot Summer.
Alhaurin el Grande is a typical Andalucian market town which retains much of its 'Spanish' identity. It is just a few minutes drive and you can find a wide selection of shops, Banks, Bars & Restaurants, many serving excellent local Rapas at very reasonable prices. |

in all a holiday at The Pool House can be whatever you want. Simply
relax by the pool and enjoy the warm Andalucian sunshine or hire a car
and explore this fascinating and historic part of Southern Spain.
The resident owners are on site to help with any holiday requirements or
problems.

Deposit : Deposit of GBP75.00/week payable on booking. Rental payable 8 weeks prior to arrival. Deposit Payment : Credit cards not accepted. Payments in GBP Sterling through our UK Bank by cash, cheque or electronic transfer. Payment also accepted in the same way in Euros. Cancellation : In the event of cancellation we will do everything possible to re-let the property. If successful, we will refund all monies paid less a small admin. fee. Payment will be forfeited if we are not successful in re-letting. Appropriate Holiday Insurance is inexpensive and recommended. Contact: Anne
