 This British owned private Spanish property for rent with air/heat conditioner, one double bedroom, shower room, lounge with double sofa bed and satellite TV, large terrace and use of swimming pool is in a quiet, secure, rural position.

Location:  The journey from Faro airport is on just one straight road and takes about 1.45hrs, Jerez is about 1.45hrs and just a little more of a challenge, Seville (Ryan Air) just 40 minutes.

The property is the perfect base for a restful holiday in an enviable climate.

 If you are travelling through Spain please check out our B&B accommodation which is available in the main villa - five bedrooms all en-suite, with twin beds and air/heat conditioning.  Cots available for toddlers.  Continental breakfast with fresh fruit, eggs and local cheeses.  Halfboard is available on request.

  • Ideally situated for visiting Seville, Portugal, and the beaches of Matalascanas just 30 minutes away. 
  • A haven for bird watchers as the Donana National Park is about 20 minutes.
  • The local towns of Rociana (3 kms) and Bollullos (4 kms) are a good place to enjoy Spanish food.

Deposit : Finca: 20% six weeks before holiday date.  Payment by cheque or bank transfer.
B&B no deposit - pay on arrival

Cancellation : 4 weeks before holiday refund of deposit, less than 4 weeks no refund possible.
