your golf T-off times and arrange a car hire at good discount prices, enabling
you to construct a tailor-made holiday. For your convenience, the car is
delivered to the airport. The villa is within 10 mins drive from the town
with all amenities, including a large hypermarket, selling many British
products, a Chinese restaurant, many pizzerias, Tapas Bar and many "Ventas"
(typical Spanish restaurants). The house is maintained to a high standard
and all clients will be greeted by the owner on arrival. A welcome pack
of coffee, tea, bread, milk etc. will be waiting. A house book of maps,
brochures and local events is provided.
The prices above are
for 1 apartment to sleep max. 5 (only in winter season), 2 apartments to
sleep max 9 people or 3 apartments to sleep max 13 people, the three dwellings
are rented as one property, swimming pool and garden are private only for
your party.
Prices
include: Gardener, swimming pool
maintenance, weekly maid service, weekly change of linen and towels (beach
towels not included), electricity, gas and water.
30% booking deposit by bank
transfer. Balance due one month prior to holiday or cash on arrival.

(flexible during winter season). Arrival time after 4pm, departure before
11am.
