the entertainment of your children, while you can enjoy the tranquility
of Cala Vinyas. The Regal is residential, made up of 2 buildings. Recently
the apartment has been renovated back to a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom.
Along with the sofa bed in the lounge the apartment can accommodate 6 people.
The
lounge area has 2 cream leather sofas (one of which is a sofa bed) and
marble coffee tables. This area leads to a balcony with a sea view.
The
apartment has been furnished with typical Mallorcan furniture of the best
quality. There is a TV with video, DVD player and music center. We have
tried to make the apartment home from home. There are a selection of video/DVD
films, games, books, and beach toys for the children. The apartment has
recently been modernized new cream floor tiles throughout.
Completely
new separate kitchen. Integrated oven/hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster,
and kettle. Fully equipped with cooking utensils crockery and glasses.
Washing machine and iron with board provided.
Both
bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms ..bath/shower, toilet, and vanity sink
with cupboard space. Both bathrooms have recently been reformed.
Both bedrooms contain a double bed with fitted wardrobes, and en-suit.
The master bedroom leads out to the balcony. The apartment will be
clean, fresh and ready for your arrival, beds will be made and clean towels
Provided which we will clean after your departure. There are extra towels
and bed sheets for your use but these must be cleaned and returned to where
you found them ready for the next client.
Breakfast
in the sunshine on the balcony. There are also 2 sun beds and 2 deck chairs
for relaxing on the balcony or by the pool.
The
pool area is very private and only for use by residents. The apartment
itself is located on the ground floor entrance but with a third floor sea
view. This is very convenient for access to beach/pool. As you are on the
same level to the pool it means you can keep an eye on your children, however
in the summer months there is a life guard always on duty during pool opening
hours for that added peace of mind. Another advantage to being on the entrance
level is of course no lugging your cases, shopping up the stairs. The area
is very safe but for your additional security too there is a night watchman
during the night. The apartment building is surrounded in well presented
and very well maintained gardens. With the palm tree beach just a stones
throw away this first class quality apartment makes privileged holiday
accommodation.
