includes 3 swimming pools (one of which is heated) with separate childrens
pool, shops, restaurant, a gym and ample parking.
Complex is 15 minute walk away from the delightful beach at Playa Flamingo, 20 minute walk away from the harbour and main commercial area with numerous shops and high quality restaurants and 30 minute walk away from the beach at Playa Dorada. |

- sports such as scuba diving, sailing, tennis are all within easy reach.
- all attractions on Lanzarote are within driving distance
Cots
and highchairs can be provided at extra cost.
All
towels and linen are provided.
A
weekly maid service is provided along with a midweek towel change.
Rates are for the whole apartment irrespective of number of occupants. Changeover day is flexible.
Bookings
will be secured upon receipt of a £100 deposit with the balance due
at least 8 weeks prior to departure.
