| Can Ramonet
is a XVIth century country house placed in Montgròs massif, in the
Garraf nature reserve.
During it's more than 500 years of history, the house, that used to be dedicated to wine culture and farm animal breeding, has had various extensions to enhance it's final shape with three independent buildings. The house is surrounded by the vineyard belonging to the farm and has one hectare of green grassy area for visitors use, vegetable garden and farm animals. Thanks to its superb location, Can Ramonet allows its lodgers to enjoy Sitges and Sant Pere de Ribes fun and also offers the Garraf nature reserve countryside and tranquility. |

Can
Ramonet has three buildings: the major building dedicated to private use
and to farm tasks and two flats for guests, Ca l'Erika, used as holiday
country house and Ca la Lali, which is in still its restoration process.
Cal l'Erika is a house with 7 spacious double rooms that can be increased
with additional beds or cots.
All rooms have their own complete bathroom with bath or hydromassage showers, and are bright and facing onto the street. |
| The house has a kitchen,
a dining room, living room and different playgrounds and relaxing spaces.
The kitchen is fully equipped in order to provide guests as much comfort
as possible, and includes fridge, glass-ceramic hob, electrical oven, microwave
oven, dish-washer and washing machine.
The living room has different atmospheres, TV, High Fidelity and board games. |

Prices
one week from 1500 Euros to 2500 Euros (14 pers.)
Apartment
(2-4 pers.) 490-700 Euros
Deposit : 50% of the total price by bank transfer
Cancellation : If cancellation is one month before the date 50% of deposit is returned. If cancellation is more than one month before arrival date, we return 90%. If less than one month prior, no refund.
