In a building constructed
at the beginning of the 20th century, the Stylish House is situated in
the elegant Barcelona district of "San Gervasio", just 10 minutes by underground
from the central "Plaza Cataluña".
The district is a lively
one, thanks to its square and its market. Right there, below the square,
there is a public car park. On each corner and every street surrounding
the building you will find amyriad of bars, restaurants, hairdresser's,
shops, etc... in an entirely native environment which forms a contrast
with the one you will experience on your cultural visits in the city's
tourist centre.

you a tourist guide, car with chauffeur or any other service that you need
if you ask it in advance.
Ideal for celebrating an
anniversary, New Year's Eve or a family Christmas: the entire flat may
be rented (350 m2 + 2 terraces).

is 12 persons, 5 bedrooms, 3 spacious bathrooms, a large dining-room, and
2 terraces overlooking the city.

dining-room has a table of more than 3 metres long, made a century ago,
for celebrating lunches or dinners.
It is not possible to cook
in the flat, but we have at your disposal our chef or a catering service
whose tariffs we will give you. The butler is at the service of your family
and friends for breakfasts and cleaning. He lives in the Palace Flat and
takes care everything is in order. Sheets are changed weekly and towels
every other day.
