The apartment is on the fourth and last floor of the building. You enter the apartment through the combined living/kitchen which has access to the terrace. There is a large dinner table with comfortable seats. The kitchen is fully equipped.

There is one bedroom with a double bed. The bathroom with a small bath has access from the bedroom. The bedroom has double doors which lead to the small balcony at the back with another great view over the roofs of this charming neighbourhood.

TV, stereo CD, electric heaters, ceiling fans, refrigerator with freezer, stove with oven, coffee maker, washing machine and ironer with board. Bed linens, extra blankets and bath towels are provided. 

Location:

The apartment is situated in the old neighbourhood called La Barceloneta, famous for its fisherman's past. La Barceloneta is the seaside district of the city. You will stay in the centre of true Catalan culture. 

The city centre, Gothic Quarter and El Born are just a 10 minutes walk away. Metro and bus stations are close by plus it is easy to stop a taxi.

Activities: 

Full on beachlife; El Born is only 5 min. walking: there you will find the picasso museum, all the hip bars and restaurants and the park of the city.
