'The
Bungalow', is situated within the grounds of and adjacent to the owners
property. The external accommodation comprises a furnished covered
terrace and furnished open terrace and a private swimming pool with surrounding
garden and terrace with sun loungers.
All
reasonable electricity, gas and air-conditioning/heating costs are included.
Use of swimming pool, patios, terraces and the tennis court.
Ample
Parking areas and the entrance to the property are private and shared with
the owners. There is wheelchair access to the bungalow and the swimming
pool. There is a shared utility room with washing machine and drying
facilities.
The
kitchen includes cooking facilities, a fridge/freezer, and all cutlery,
crockery, glasses, pans and kitchen utensils necessary for basic self-catering
for 2-4 people.
An
air-conditioning/heating unit is provided in the bedroom. Electric
radiators are provided in the reception room and bathroom for winter bookings.
Linen
is provided and changes available weekly. Linen provided: bed linen,
towels, beach towels and 4 bathrobes.
Child
minding available by arrangement.
Local
Spanish cuisine is available a short drive away in nearby restaurants and
tapas bars.
Activities:
The
accommodation is situated with easy access to the Aracena mountains, Huelva's
beautiful beaches, Sevilla, Donana National park. Cycling, walking, sailing,
golf, carting, waterparks are all within a short drive.
The
wild life park El Castillo de las Guardas, Rio Tinto and the Arecena caves
are all experiences that are not to be missed. Valverde Del Camino, Beas,
Trigueros, Niebla are nearby towns.
