It is located in the countryside, inside a beautiful park, only five minutes from the city of Gijón and its famous beach.

The hotel is surrounded by a 20.000 square meters park, with native and foreign gorgeous specimens of trees. This park is only for the use of guests.

The dining room offers breakfast every morning and a permanent self-service with hot and cold drinks.

The hotel has parking space and an ecological installation to produce hot water, through the use of non polluting solar power, which instantly provides hot water to each room. 

After a very careful reconstruction, the hotel offers now 11 double rooms with bathroom, a large lounge, game room, dining room, terrace and garden. Five of the eleven rooms have two beds, and the other six rooms, matrimonial beds (king size).

One of the rooms with two beds is appropriately designed for people with physical disabilities.

All the spaces in the hotel are beautifully decorated with stylish furniture. Every room offers telephone, Internet access, TV and a small bar. Each bathroom has a hair dryer and an anti-steam mirror.

The hotel is on the country side, only 3 kilometres away form the city of Gijón and its famous beach.

Its exact geographic coordinates are: 5º36'31'' O and 43º31'05'' N.

It is located inside a park of 20.000 square meters, for the exclusive use of guests, with gorgeous native and foreign centenary trees. It is also possible to see many different specimens of birds and squirrels in the park.

The property is only 500 meters away from the Botanic Park of Gijón (still in construction).

There are two 18 holes golf courses less than 4 Km. away. The hotel is also very close to the hospital and La Universidad Laboral (a historic and beautiful building of the city of Gijón).

Location is 40 km. to the Asturias airport, and 5 km. to the train and bus stations.

It is also possible to use the public bus transportation system, since there is a bus stop 800 meters from the hotel, or taxis.
