The
high class residential complex Golf Gardens is one of the most attractive
projects in the South West area of the island, and the complex is an oasis
of peace and quiet.Comprising 42 luxury apartments which are divided amongst
3 buildings, and a lagoon style swimming pool surrounded by beautiful tropical
gardens. Golf Gardens is in a very privileged location, with nice sea views
and only a few metres away from Port Adriano with its bars and restaurants,
a pretty beach, and only a short distance from all services and leisure
areas . Santa Ponsa is less than 5 minutes away by car.
Across
the road from the apartment is the hotel port Adriano (5 star) which often
accommodates the rich and famous. The complex next door to the apartment
is also the residence of the princess of Sweden.
The
beach is less than a minutes drive or 5 minute walk. The beach is set in
a bay which keeps the water calm so very safe for children. The port is
next door to the beach where you find restaurants from pizza style to silver
service.
The
apartment is on the ground floor and consists of 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms
(with sofa bed apartment can accommodate 5-6 people)
We
now have a travel cot used between the three apartments. You are
welcome to use the cot if it is available. At the booking stage please
request and we will let you know if it is free.
The
lounge includes a TV with DVD player (selection of films are provided)
and a hifi stereo CD music system. We have chosen a light blue coloured
sofa which is also the sofa bed. The walls of the apartment are painted
a very light Salmon colour and the floors throughout are cream marble.
The lounge leads out to the terrace where you can access the swimmingpool.
The
kitchen has Bosh appliances and includes washer, electric oven/hob, microwave,
kettle, toaster,fridge/freezer and an iron with board provided. As
with all our apartments all the cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery and
glasses will be provided.
The
master bedroom featured here leads out to the terrace. The master bathroom
consists of Double sink, bidet, toilet, bath, and separate shower cubicle.
A hair dryer is also provided.
Majorca is a very safe place
for you and your family to spend your holiday. All our apartments are situated
in up market resorts. Over the years we have been customer driven so have
taken onboard the comments to install a safe/security box for you to keep
valuables under lock and key.
The terrace is split into
two areas. One for dinning and the other for sunbathing where you will
find two loungers. The terrace is very private but for additional
privacy you will find outdoor curtains (summer only). The terrace faces
west and so sun in the afternoon.
The large swimmingpool (511m2)
is surrounded by beautiful tropical well maintained gardens. From the terrace
of the apartment is direct access to the pool area.
