The Villa Mandia is a semi-detached
property offering a peaceful location in a pretty cul-de-sac. This is the
end house on the small close, and the property enjoys uninterrupted views
of the adjacent countryside. The entertainment and facilities of nearby
Cala Mandia is just a short walk away, where you will find a handful of
restaurants that serve traditional Mallorcan and international menus. It
is only a few minutes drive to the nearest beach, or you can walk the distance
in around ten minutes. The ground floor of Villa Mandia offers a comfortably
furnished living area which opens onto the poolside terrace. The dining
room is adjacent to the living room and there is a modern feel to the well
equipped open plan kitchen with electric oven, microwave and fridge / freezer.
There is also a utility room with washing machine and a downstairs toilet.
The first floor has two twin bedrooms with a shared bathroom, and a balcony
overlooking the countryside. The private swimming pool is set beside
sun terraces and the shaded porch, but please note that the pool has no
shallow-end and is therefore unsuitable for young children.. |

location. Without a doubt it's the ideal place for the entertainment of
your children, while you can enjoy the tranquility of Cala Vinyas. The
Regal is residential, made up of 2 buildings. Recently the apartment has
been renovated back to a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom. Along with the sofa
bed in the lounge the apartment can accommodate 6 people. The lounge area
has 2 cream leather sofas (one of which is a sofa bed) and marble coffee
tables. This area leads to a balcony with a sea view. The apartment
has been furnished with typical Mallorcan furniture of the best quality.
Breakfast in the sunshine on the balcony. There are also 2 sun beds and
2 deck chairs for relaxing on the balcony or by the pool. |
