The tropical garden is lined with hundreds of different palm trees, 1,000 year old olive trees, two lakes and a waterfall which offers perfect rest and total privacy. Some cactus trees are more than 4 meters tall. Most of the palm trees are imported from Asia and Africa. The garden was constructed over a 7 year period by the famous Spanish landscape architect Jaime Mitjans. 

The estate features a main house (3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms) with two separate guest houses (together 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms) and two stunning pools. An additional bedroom could be used in the gardener's house - so all together the estate has 8 bedrooms for 16 people. 

All homes offer a perfect view of the Mediterranean Sea with spectacular sunrises and beautiful evenings under the moon.

In the hot, dry Ibiza summer, you can enjoy a garden full of refreshing lakes, pools and waterfalls. The perfect place to read and enjoy the sun. The garden is especially enchanting at night when it is illuminated by hundreds of lights.

The "Olympic" pool in the garden offers two 40-meter lanes for real swimmers, while the infinity pool at the main house is perfect for relaxing in the morning and afternoon sun. And, if you prefer the warm and inviting Mediterranean there are private stairs to you own platform affording access to the sea. 

And for those of you with an interest in art, Ibiza XX offers some of the finest life-size people sculptures by the renowned American artist Seward Johnson, who represented the United States at the World Expo in Seville.
