entire first floor of Casa Alegria, an English owner-occupied house situated
in a private cul-de-sac between Niu Blau and Cala Pada beaches just north
of Sta Eularia. The location is one of the finest points of the apartment.Through
the main gate and turn left and you will see Niu Blau beach through the
trees at the end of the road. Turn right, and right again and a short walk
brings you to Cala Pada beach with its ferry service to Sta Eularia and
onward to Eivissa and Formentera. All renters of the apartment have
access to the large pool and gardens during the daytime up to 19.00hrs.
After that time renters will be asked to restrict their time to the apartment
and roof terrace/bbq area. Sleeps 4.
