Passeig de Gracia, the main shopping and cafeteria thoroughfare between
the Plaza Catalunya and the Diagonal - the road that divides Barcelona
in half. The Rambla is about a 10 minute walk along this very pleasant
boulevard, and buses and taxis are in easy reach. This is a very affluent
area of central Barcelona with an array of designer shops, bars and cafes.
The apartment is immaculate, has 3 bedrooms and can sleep up to 6 people.
Other attractions in the area include Gaudi's Casa Milá and Casa
Battló, and you are about 15 minutes from the Gothic area which
is dotted with restaurants and boasts the Cathedral as its centrepiece.
Walking in the opposite direction for about 20 minutes will bring you to
Gaudi's masterpiece: the Sagrada Familia, his famous unfinished cathedral.

metro is also right on your doorstep and this line will take you down to
the beach in around 10 minutes. You are also central for restaurants and

2 bathrooms. All the apartments are in mint condition and are fitted with
air conditioning, brand new kitchens and all mod cons. The large windows
allow lots of natural light into the lounge area making this a perfect
suntrap. As there are many apartments here, this makes it an ideal block
for both holiday makers and cooperate bookings. |

apartment is only for families and not for groups of friends so if you

a very spacious living room which opens out on to a small Balcony. You
are located at the back of the building so there is no noise from the street.
The situation of this apartment is well appointed for site seeing as you
can reach the Passeig de Gracia in less than 5 minutes. This houses Guadi’s
famous Pedrera and Casa Batlou If you walk around 15 mins in the other
direction you will get to the famous cathedral Sagrada Familia. The metro
is just 2 minutes and will whisk you away to other parts of the city. The
Ramblas is a 20 minute walk or just 5 on the metro. Sleeps 1-6. |
