	The Augusta Spa Resort offers two superb gastronomic proposals with his two restaurants, "Via Augusta" (building nr 1) and "Vía Nuvó" (Building Nr.2) where the most exigent palates will find their trust rewarded. The "Vía Augusta" with his Chef Fernando Castellanos, offers the most pure savors of the traditional Galician Cuisine, emphasizing his fish dishes in all varieties, stews and his spectacular paella able to surprise even the less profane.
