The hotel has two restaurants; the Alexandra serving an international buffet, and the Santa Galdana, again with a buffet and also à la carte menus available. A snack bar also serves lunch on the terrace overlooking the pool.

Those arriving by car have access to complimentary parking; alternatively the hotel can arrange transportation to and from the airport. The hotel is approximately 30 kilometers or a 35-minute drive from Mahon airport.
