BARCELONA FEATURED HOTELS - PASEO DE GRACIA AREA
Passeig de Gràcia (or Paseo de Gràcia) is both one of the major avenues in Barcelona and also one of its most important shopping and business areas, containing several of the city's most celebrated pieces of architecture. Housed in a modernist building built in 1913, the HCC Regente is a modern hotel sitting 150 metres from the sculptures, paintings and library of the Antoni Tàpies. Located in the upscale Eixample district, this historic hotel is three blocks from Gaudí's La Pedrera and about two km (one mile) from the Barcelona Museum of Contemporary Art.  The roof terrace is open during the summer months and features a bar, swimming pool, and solarium.
