The Albaycín, Granada's old Muslim quarter, is the historical centre of the city. It is well known for its tranquillity, its uniqueness and its pedestrianised alleys. Nevertheless, all our apartments can be easy accessed by vehicle and public transportation.

The apartments have bed- and living rooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom.  Besides, they are serviced with cleaning service, central heating, air-conditioning and (depending on the infrastructure) with a garden, private parking and Internet among other things.

The apartments provide lodging for up to 6 guests. In case of bigger groups, it is possible to rent several apartments in the same building.

Minimum Stay:

• Holy Week and Christmas: 5 nights.
• Spanish bank-holiday: rent all the period. Consult to the Reservations Depart.
• Rest of the year: minimum to stay, 2 nights.

• Cancellation 10 days before the arrival: Free of charge
• Cancellation 9 to 5 days before the arrival: Charge of the cost of one night
• Cancellation less than 4 days before the arrival: Charge of the total cost of the reservation.
• Holy Week and Christmas: Free of charge cancellation: 21 days before the date of the arrival.

Breakfast: 4 euros/day/person. (The breakfast is self catering in the same lodging, we buy the breakfast and we deposit it in the apartment. (Eggs, mould bread, bacon or ham, butter, marmalade, juice, brown milk, tea and cookies). Previous request).

Half Board: 22 euros/day/person. (Previous request and availability).

Full Board: 36 euros/day/person. (Previous request and availability).

Both lunch and dinner are served in our Restaurant "La Colina de Almanzora".

 Parking in Albaida 6 euros/ per night, 7% tax included.

10% discount in Hammam Arab Baths.

Renting Terms:

• Children until 3 years old free (in a cradle, previous request and availability).
• Cleaning, bedclothes and towel changing: every 3 days.
• Reception is open from Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 21:00, on Saturdays and Sundays from 10:00 to 20:00 hrs.
• Check-in between 14:00 20:00 hrs. (Later under reception’s confirmation)
• Check-out before 12:00.
• Confirmation of reservation after payment of the deposit (50% of the total cost).
