Moraira

a small, attractive coastal town in a lovely mountainous area. Previously
a small fishing village, and now an attractive seaside resort. Javea,
Calpe, Denia and Altea are all within 15km, while Benidorm is about 30km
away. Moraira lies in a bay, on the South Eastern coast of Spain, between
the larger resorts of Javea and Calpe, 80 kms (1 hr) from Alicante and
110 kms (1.5 hrs) from Valencia airports with excellent motorway and coastal
roads from both.

to beach, restaurants and other facilities. The property sleeps up
to 8 people. Spacious accomodation. Large grounds and a large private pool.
The villa is fully air-conditioned making it very comfortable. Both bathrooms
were complete renovated in 2005 and offer excellent facilities. All
the rooms are large and airy and very comfortably furnished. The
lounge has both German and English Satellite TV. CD player and play station
console. The villa has a very secluded private swimming pool surrounded
by spacious sun terracing. Large well tended gardens with Table Tennis.
There is also a large covered sun terrace for those times when it is too
hot to sit in the sun. There is also a bar-b-que on the terrace and additional
tables and chairs for eating al fresco. Sleeps 8. |

Erizo is located on a hillside in the exclusive area of lArnella in Moraira.
This recently built property is set in its own secure grounds with ample
car parking space. The villa has three bedrooms and is built on one level.
There is a large 10mx5m private swimming pool, patio with sunbeds and a
covered dining area. A Mediterranean design shower room with toilet facilities
is accessed from outside for use in the pool area. The pool and outside
areas are well lit at night making pleasant surroundings for you to dine
out or simply enjoy a glass of wine. The spacious lounge has a round
walk in bay which overlooks the swimming pool. There are two comfortable
leather sofas, two matching glass coffee tables and a marble fireplace.
Satellite TV with UK stations and DVD player are available with a small
selection of DVDs - don`t forget to bring your own DVDs if you wish. Sleeps

house with sea views is located in El Portet and only a short walk away
to the beach. It's accommodation comprises of 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms,
kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine, dining area, lounge with t.v,
porch, BBQ and 8x4m pool and parking. There is room for 6 in the living
room and 8 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker,
an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will
also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board.
The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Superb views
from this smart 5 bed 4 bath white washed villa set in its own grounds
with private pool. Nicest in the area. Great reviews. The villa is
in an elevated position and can accommodate 10 persons in comfort and privacy
as it has 5 double/twin bedrooms with 4 bathrooms. It is available and
suitable for the following groups only - families with children (young
and old) and mature renters only. Please note that we are unable to accept
bookings from groups of more than 10 (that is including infants and toddlers).
The spacious ground floor entrance hall provides access to 3 bedrooms &
2 bathrooms along with a fully equipped kitchen, laundry room and store
room. The internal staircase takes you to the top floor. The top floor
landing gives access to a further 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and leads
you through to the lounge and dining area. Here you will find another fully
fitted kitchen and access to the conservatory which overlooks the garden.
