called La Font. It has large grounds of its own, and beautiful views to
the mountains. The property is approached up a long drive, where
there is plenty of room for parking. The villa is in excellent condition.
You will notice immediately very large terrace areas to the front and side
of the villa. From the front terrace you enter through double doors into
the main room, which is spacious and well appointed with soft furnishings
around an old-fashioned chimney. On the right hand side there is a large
dining area. Beyond the dining area a door leads to the kitchen area of
